I have read it in a health magazine that among Macdonald's breakfast items, the egg muffin is the healthiest as the freshly cracked eggs are packed with calcium and the lean ham meat has protein, sandwiched in between soft wheat muffin. But what's more important is that it's so tasty and convenient to have on-the-go. When I do order the set meal, I'd usually change the drink to Milo. Overall, MacDonald’s breakfast just makes my day.
