Celebrating my sister’s birthday at Amara Hotel’s Element , highly recommended by an aunt of mine. They serve international buffet here, with the ambience of a clean and classy restaurant. Their salmon sashimi is fat and succulent. The star of the day is the cheese baked lobster , melted savoury and creamy cheese with a slight perfect charring adds a rustic look and blankets most of the sweet sweet lobster meat. Their hot foods section was alright, nothing that stood out. But the dessert section was the only thing that kept me going back for multiple servings. Wide variety of choices from tarts, cakes and crispy macarons. My favourite was the smooth and silky mascapone cheese Tiramisu dusted with a fine layer of cocoa powder. Service was a little slow. Overall a pleasant experience.
