I've been wanting to try Paul Bakery but never had the chance to because having bread as dinner doesn't sound appealing. This evening I decided to just try it as there was nothing else that I wanted to eat. One thing to say is this is one expensive plate of salmon and rosti. The base is a flat layer of potato rosti, spread with cream cheese and top off with smoked salmon. The salmon was generous and salty and really satisfying (if you're craving salmon) with the cream cheese and side of spinach
