Paul Bakery is an upscale bakery in Ngee Ann City but the food itself is not exceptional to warrant a second visit thus far. The service is much better than its opening days and our water was constantly refilled by polite waiters / waitresses. As for the food itself, I tried the Strawberry and Mixed Fruit Tartes but found the pastry cream too overwhelmingly sweet. The fruit however was still quite fresh. Maybe it was just an off day and I might be back again.
