Residing at Chong Pang Market, Bee Kee was the stall my friend visited always. One of the local Teochew delicacies, Fried Carrot Cake was actually famous here. I was looking for plainly white version without darkening soy sauce added, this cooking method only available in Singapore from what I knew. The stall was well-maintained and clean, occupied only a small space. Boss was friendly, and Carrot Cake was prepared on the spot upon we ordered.Everything nicely in the plate from preserved radish,
