I got this for my 22nd birthday. I think it costs $42 for 500g; it looks better on the website though. It's called Pistachio Symphony; basically it's a pistachio sponge cake with maple mousse, and pistachio creme brulee. It has a distinct nutty taste, and a little creamy as well. It's not jelat like typical chocolate or cheese cakes, and not overly sweet. If you like pistachio, you would like this. The Patissier has many other exotic flavours (and I heard the earl grey one is good), a good place
