Decided to introduce my pal to the local famous Lor Mee stall before she leaves for Singapore. Lor Mee, S$2.50 (Small) / S$3.00 (big or take-away) had left me a good impression ever since my last visit and was classified under my "Singapore Best Lor Mee" list! Yuan Chun Famous Lor Mee tastes unique and has its kind of style.
Fried mackerel fish and the fried fritter bits were included. Like any other Lor Mee Stall, they will ask if you want the garlic, chilli, vinegar to be added and this is the outcome if you told them you want everything.
The other special point about the lor mee is that it may seems thick but the fact is that it is not as thick and heavy as majority of its competitors are offering.
Had bought additional bowls of ingredients at S$2.50 each to top up what we have on our bowls.
These are the fried crumbs/bits I am referring to.
Service & AmbienceHaving Occupying 2 units of hawker spaces, #02-79 and #02-80 and with and overheads of 7 headcounts, the stall is as busy ever. The team of 7 consists of a group of senior citizens, ah hmm and ah peh. Every helper in the stalls are fully occupied to their entitled roles and were so well organised. Look at the long queues over a sunday morning, I was quite lucky that the queues was not this long when I was there. Service was quick and great!
PriceThe price of a bowl of Lor Mee selling in a CBD area is totally reasonable! Considering this cheap and tasty Lor Mee, its definitely worth the distance we had traveled for!

They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
