The name of the stall 'chicken herbal soup' doesn't reflect what this stall is famous for - the mixed pork organs mee sua & kidney mee sua. Unless Taiwanese mee sua, this mee sua soup base is not as thick. The soup tastes slightly hot which I think is because the chef added lots of pepper. This place is quite packed during dinner time (it operates from 5pm daily). So, do make a reservation if you are going to dine in a big group.
