Tried this Shiratama Kurizen ($6.80) for tea break the other day. I like it very much as I've always had a soft spot for red bean dessert. Paired with an ice cream, it was heavenly! The hot and cold combination is really good. You can taste the individual red bean pieces which is always fun to bite into and the soft serve ice cream is exactly as its name suggest - SOFT! I like it very much as I've always had a soft spot for red bean dessert. Paired with an ice cream, it was heavenly! The hot and cold combination is really good. You can taste the individual red bean pieces which is always fun to bite into and the soft serve ice cream is exactly as its name suggest - SOFT! It melted in my mouth as you can see, it has started to melt soon after they serve it!
The mochi balls are made of flour and was really chewy! The bf did not like the mochi balls so I had them all to myself! YAY!
