Try to make reservation if possible, otherwise the wait is daunting... However they do provide quite a lot of entertainment for you while waiting - such as free manicure for ladies and snacks & drinks! The service is impeccable, all staff are amiable and helpful: they would help charge your phone, provide cover for your phone, and help tie your bib! The best part of this place is their soup bases, especially their sichuan spicy base. It's incredible flavorful and explode with huajiao perfume! T

The original Chinese herb base is also great, similar to the one at the popular mongolian Little Sheep. The portion is relatively small, that's the only thing I'd like to see improvement here.
