Due to SQ flight delayed from Hong Kong for almost 2 hours, consequently my dinner was also delayed at around 9+pm at T3. Though I didn’t have much food on flight, I was still full at that time. Browse the foodcourt, I chose fish soup for a light dinner. My friend came to pick me up, he ordered tom yam noodle at the same stall.First taste the clear soup, it was light and bland, very mild msg though. I don’t like most of the fish soup stalls put milk into soup, it is a way of save time in boi
First taste the clear soup, it was light and bland, very mild msg though. I don’t like most of the fish soup stalls put milk into soup, it is a way of save time in boiling soup based and disguise like it has long boiled. Fish slices were fine, marinated to the right taste and texture. Overall it was OK.
Whereas, my friend’s tom yam noodle was OK, I got to taste a spoonful of the soup, it could tell it was just OK! Nothing much to expect from it, to term with it is foodcourt standard.
