As I was queuing for the soup I could see a newspaper explaining what type of fish and cooking method. The owner uses 100% fish meat for his fried fish slices, with no flour batter was used.This time round I choose to order the soup without milk, I just wanted clear soup. The sliced fish tasted fresh no fishy taste, the fried one were just as tasty. The soup base tasted sweet, which makes it light for the stomach to digest.
