The very first thing I agreed on the bowl was the freshness of fish, sliced in right thickness and well-fried. Flesh was perfectly cooked without overly boiled, texture was juicy tender but not oily. Fried fish made me crave for more, every bite was heavenly firm-filling. I was impressed with decent soup too, nice ratio of milky amount while not excessively sickening. Lettuce and Tomatoes were added to enlighten the refreshing mood, it was colourful mixture. Went very well with Thick Meehoon, the portion was rather generous. Price at $4.50, it was very reasonable cost for me.
