The fishball soup and noodles here is generously given, which makes me go mad as a fishballer fan! on a hot day after walking through chinatown and beyond, my friend and i landed to this uber famous Maxwell food mart for late lunch.The noodles ranges from beehoon (the thin ones to the thicker ones which is kwayteow) and egg noodles in smaller sizes and flat sizes. The noodles ranges from beehoon (the thin ones to the thicker ones which is kwayteow) and egg noodles in smaller sizes and flat sizes. I was with my friend and we shared a bowl of separate fishball soup which had fishcake bits and the pork broth.
Focusing on the soup, the clear soup had a strong flavoring of the broth, as so to compliment for the noodles. For the portion, I'm happy that they gave a lot of swimming balls and cakes!
