For today, I ordered Fishcake Kuey Teow Dry. One may think it's weird having fishcake instead of the usual fishballs. I disliked fishballs, so I would alwys request the boss to allow me to have fishcakes instead of fishballs!
That's also the reason why the boss remembers me so well; becos Im her only customer who has such an ususual request! Hehe.

The kuey teow is really nice, not too soft, and somewhat different from other places in the sense that black sauce is used instead of tomato ketchup for their dried noodles version.
Although there was only fishcakes and beansprouts in the whole dish, the taste of the sauce is good that I can eat the noodles on it's own without feeling that the whole thing is too plain. The fishcake is soft, while the beansprouts maintain their 'crisp' too.

Portion wise, it is just nice for me, and it is $3 which I think is pretty worth it as the ingredients are also given in generous portions.
