The Hokkaido cake is so fluffy in texture that it sort of just melt in your mouth. The hazelnut cream filling is pleasantly tasty too!
Located at Tanjong Pagar Xchange, Bakery Cuisine is conveniently within reach. They sells quite a few type of yummy stuffs. My favourite has to be the Doriyaku durian ($2.5) and Hokkaido cake Hazelnut ($2.5). The Doriyaku in durian flavour is yummy! The durian filling is very generous and not overly sweet!
