The ingredients were substantial with diced charsiew and the fragrance of sambal that wasn't overwhelmingly spicy.the rice grains were separated and not with so much oil that it stops one from going for seconds.goes very well with green chilli. and their prawn paste chicken in the background. the chicken was soaked in oil. w
