Invited by a friend to Friday’s Western Restaurant, I promised my attendance without hesitation. I fancy about the superb cuisine over there, too bad Orchard outlet was currently closed down. I still remember I was always their supporter due to the convenient location. Chicken & Shrimp Diablo was my choice, as usual I like pasta deeply. Well seasoned meat and fresh prawns were stir-fried along with noodles, it was then blended in a fiery tomato Diablo sauce. Entire costed me $21.90, taste was unique and delicious. My friend ordered Jack Daniel’s Steak, thickly moist grain-fed steak was tender to the max. I tried one bite as I not very fancy about beef, but it did surprise me. Char-grilled until a perfect tenderness, the meat was flavoursome. Steak was a bit expensive, $33.90. Spoiling yourself on Friday, you will know what called great dining experience.
