I met my friends for a lunch a few days ago. We had our meal at hawker centre due to time limit, all of us need to rush back working after lunch hour. Believe it or not, most of my friends around me dislike this dish. They categorized this ‘Carrot Cake’ as dull food whereby the taste more suitable for elderly. Yet, I liked it, and I ignored my friends’ nagging. Personally I prefer ‘Carrot Cake’ with dark sauce. It was value-added to its taste. It was definitely inexpensive, $2.50 per plate.
