This is the best fried carrot cake i ever eaten. They always pan fried it so well to leave a crispy outer layer and with moist cake cake underneath. They are quite generous with chye po. They always applied the chilli on top of the carrot cake after pan fried. If you do not like chilli then you better tell them in advance. Be prepared to wait as there is always queue.
