I like to eat fried carrot cake.Because of it softness and stickiness.It is abit sticky and it taste nice with some fried egg.It is just a simple dish,but i like it because of it fragrance.It is a bit like the "Cha kueh kak" in m'sia.But it's egg is adding more.So it taste different.Another different is the color.We can order white or black fried carrot cake.I prefer the black one,because it is more tasty.
