This is one of the most popular stalls in this food centre and this is one of the most talked about fried hokkien prawn mee in Ang Mo Kio area too. Long queue can be spotted during the dinner and weekends. I was there at about 8 pm and the queue was still there. I waited for a bit before ordering. I paid up and given my table number. I waited for another 15 minutes or so before a friendly Uncle delivered it to my table.

This stall did not use the thick bee hoon but the thin one to fried with the yellow noodle in tasty prawn stock with ingredients like egg, prawns and squids. The sambal chill has got a well-balanced spiciness and it goes well with the noodles.

A good choice.
