First mouthful. It changed my earlier opinion about this plate of fried kway teow. It gotten a distinctive wok hei and itsy-bitsy pieces of fried pork lards added to enhance the flavor. Those slices of lup cheong were nicely fried to release its fragrance. There were fish cake, egg and veggies added as well. The texture was rather moist and not as dry as the last time.
All in all, it was a much better experience.
