Fried Kway Teow is one of Singapore most popular hawker food, and no exception, at old airport road, one of the most famous hawker center in Singapore, there is always a queue at this store. Personally, i was never a fan of fried kway teow, preferring rice over noodle dishes. And i never liked clams. But as a typical Singaporean, i cant help but to try when i see the queue.

The taste of the clam is not that strong, which is something that i am grateful for. There is a slightly sweet taste, but over-all, it is too oily for my liking. But i guess that all the fried kway teow are like that, it is just that i am not used to it.
