I was here to take away fried pork ribs king to have dinner at home. Despite being deep fried the fried pork ribs still tasted tender and soft. It was then stir-fried with the sweet and sour sauce to give it the taste and flavor. The sauce has got a good balance of sweetness and sourness. The sauce goes very well with the pork ribs. I need at least 2 bowls of rice to go with this dish.
