The stall at the Food Republic at Nex was not as crowded as it usually is on that day.I ordered the smaller portion of the Fried Prawn Noodle @ $4.20.The portion was quite a generous one and the seafood (prawns and cuttlefish) in it wasfresh. However, despite it being a piping hot serving that was not too dry, it was not up to my expectation. The portion was quite a generous one and the seafood (prawns and cuttlefish) in it was
fresh. However, despite it being a piping hot serving that was not too dry, it was not up to my expectation. It still did not reach the standard of other similar dishes I had tasted.
Overall, it is ok if you're in a hurry and need to have a quick meal.
There is nothing much to savour here, though!
The service was good and the environment ok.
