Din Tai Fung is known for its xiao long bao, but i think their fried rice should be the dish that everyone should try. I had the fried rice with pork chop. Their pork chop is very thick but tender and juicy, and well marinated so that it tasted good on its own without the need for sauces. Each grain of rice is well cooked and coated with egg, such that the rice do not lump together with each other. Well worth the price.
