Whenever I'm dining at Din Tai Fung I'd normally order for the fried rice with eggs since I'm not a big fan of chinese cuisine's side dishes. The fried rice is not too oily although it looks oily. The fried rice is very moist and the rice is well cooked. I've never found a single grain that's too moist and can be smashed easily. They normally use a generous amount of eggs and spring onions for their fried rice. The spring onions give a very refreshing taste to the dish and it is hard to get sick
