Din Tai Fung serves several fried rice and I'd normally have their fried rice with eggs but I decided to see what's the difference between that and fried rice with shredded pork and eggs. Basically, as the name suggests, the only difference is the additional shredded pork. It doesn't add on to the overall taste of fried rice with eggs. The fried rice is not oily at all and is relatively moist. The shredded pork comes is a large strip of pork, which I'd really prefer if they had diced it or somet

The fried rice is not oily at all and is relatively moist. The shredded pork comes is a large strip of pork, which I'd really prefer if they had diced it or something because a strip of pork looks weird. The pork isn't dry and is pretty fresh. It doesn't have the unpleasant pork smell that I hate.
It costs $8.50, which is $2 more than Fried Rice with Eggs ($6.50). Personally, I don't think its worth adding $2 just for the pork but the overall dish taste good, but probably not worth $8.50.
