The FoodI ordered a plate of Roast Pork with Char Siew Rice. The Roast Pork is simply awesome as the skin is very crispy on the outside and the meat is juicy and tender. The layer of fats seems to dissolve in my mouth yet I dun feel is too oily. As for the Char Siew is also very tender and has been roasted till it's slightly charred with the meat well marinated with the thick char siew sauce.
