Cotemporary modern French dining to stylish new peak, Prelude Boathouse was a spacious fine dining restaurant at Raffles Place area. There was Christmas atmosphere everywhere, happy and joyful season to celebrate. First time being here, luxury furnishing was inspiring. Quite a number of tables were displaying “Reserved” plate, it was a lovely corner for occasion. Generally peaceful, warm lightning was appealing. Staffs in neat uniform, they served us in gracious way and helpful.Soup of Cauliflow

Soup of Cauliflower, Leeks and Truffle essence, it was thickly aromatic. Served as a best starter for the meal, the portion was just nice.

Duck breast was roasted, it came along with Juniper Berries sauce. Overall taste was sweetly sour, a very unique dish for me. Tender pieces of meat, it had a perfect ratio of fatty meat. Dressed up with colourful veggies, it was filling. Seldom make my trip to such high-class restaurant, it gave me a wonderful memory.
