Who does not love ice cream? Fattening as it may be, most of us have endless cravings for ice cream. Sometimes, we even combat getting over break up's or stress through ice cream. Gelato was probably the next best thing apart from ice cream. Being a fat free indulgence that comes in a variety of flavours is pure genius. One of other best gelato's I have ever had was from my new found favourite at change airport - Gelateria Italia. Staff are very welcoming and invite individuals to have a try at
Staff here are very patient and would not shun you even if you wanted to try 2-3 flavours before purchase. There are lots of flavours to choose from. From the classics like chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip to extravagant ones such as Bailey's (which was amazing) and blueberry yoghurt (which is very refreshing). The bailey's had a nice aroma and was very light yet satisfying to any alcoholic's craving (without the guilt).
The blueberry yoghurt gelato had that sweet-sour taste and was not too sweet. The blueberries in the yoghurt complimented it well.
My boyfriend got the Ferrero rocher gelato's in normal and in dark. I decided to try some of it and was amazed to find that the gelato had actual Ferrero rocher bits in it which gave it that actual crunch.
The sizes of the cups were in small, medium or large.
