Stewed chicken breast roast ($10.90) is rich in soy sauce and oyster flavour, with lots of minced garlic. It's slightly oily and the chicken breasts are quite dry too.

Steamed Hand chopped minced pork ($8.90) is good. The minced meat mixed with fats and lots of minced water chestnut, giving it a good texture and extra sweetness.
