Finally there's somewhere I can actually go to in Singapore for some Taiwanese dessert. I saw this shop selling Taiwanese dessert online with a really cute name, Bing Bian which makes me really want to go down and taste it myself. You will be spoil for choices because there's so many dessert with different combination for you to choose from! Finally there's somewhere I can actually go to in Singapore for some Taiwanese dessert. I saw this shop selling Taiwanese dessert online with a really cute name, Bing Bian which makes me really want to go down and taste it myself. You will be spoil for choices because there's so many dessert with different combination for you to choose from! What make this shop special is that their shave ice has got different flavors in it and it taste really good with it thick flavor. The texture of the shave us is somewhere in between sorbet and ice cream.

I chose to have the taro ice which comes with the yam and sweet potato chewy kind of topping. I even top up to have extra of these and I am glad I did so because it is the best I have tried (in Singapore)! For $4.90 you get yourself a big bowl of goodies, very worth it for sure. The shop owner (whom I suspect is the boss) is very friendly and chatty.

For sure I will be back for more of these goodies!
