I came to know about Da Zhong cafe after reading ieatishootipost review on it. A unique point of this coffee stall is that the uncle still uses the super traditional brass pots instead of the stainless steel ones to make kopi! Although stainless steel pots are more hardy than brass pots, the uncle still insist on using brass pots as it is a better conductor of heat and he feels that the kopi tasted better. The coffee is strong and it didn't had the sourish after-taste found at most hawker coffee stalls.
