This was my first time having chicken rice in this food centre on a Saturday afternoon.This food centre was unusually quiet as compared to the hawker centre nearby. I decided to order a set of roasted chicken rice. I liked how they served the rice in a bowl and placed the serving of the roasted chicken on a generous pile of bean sprouts on a separate plate. The set came with a big bowl of peanuts soup for $4.50.It might sounded a little pricey for such a set of chicken rice in a non-aircon food

It might sounded a little pricey for such a set of chicken rice in a non-aircon food court but considered that bowl of peanuts soup and the generous portion of chicken and bean sprouts given, it definitely worth the value.
The rice has gotten a slight chicken broth taste and rather fluffy in texture. The skin of roasted skin was a little soggy but tasty with the tender chicken meat. The chilli has gotten a good balance of lime, ginger and chilli.
It was a pleasant experience and i would likely be back if i am there again.
