I realized they don't have it at all times but when they do, I'd take the opportunity to grab one for a 'complete' and wonderful movie experience since we'd usually purchase our movie tickets at the basement counter. They have 4 flavors, 2 savory and 2 sweet. Cheddar cheese and Sweet n Sour cream, Caramel and Caramel Almond respectively. A super sweet treat which definitely needs a drink to go with. My boyfriend prefers salty popcorn though so he'd much love the Sweet n Sour cream as he claims the Cheddar Cheese to be 'smelly rotten', personal dislike. Only available at the basement of The Cathay though. I find that it's worth it to pay a bit more for Gourmet Popcorn than just the ordinary Sweet or Salted ones.
