Located right on the ground floor of Cathay is this hipster looking cafe. One must wonder how much do they make, to afford rent in such a prime location! But nonetheless, the staff greeted me politely as I walked in and showed me to a table.The bicycles on the walls were very strategically placed above each table with rather dim lighting.
