I have been to Ambush a few times and I do feel that their Paella is best out of all their mains. This time I tried Marinera Paella ($13.20) and it did not disappoint. The Paelle came with generous portion of Seafood like Mussel, prawns and scallop, and the Paella soaked up all the tomato flavour. Every mouthful is delicious!
And lastly, this is a must order for me every time I come Ambush - Clam Pot ($13.80) with Vinc Blanc & Smoked Streaky Bacon sauce. The pot is delicious on it's own, but if you add some salt to it, the flavour totally gets enchanced and becomes more fragrant and yummy! I actually found out about this accidentally when I dipped my fries into the pot for extra flavour and I'm glad I did!So far I've only been the outlet at Bishan and the place is usually not very crowded thus making it a great place to hang out and have a catch up session with your friends!
