Ah Loy Thai had been on my to-go list since the first time I went Tom's Palette, but somehow I've only managed to visit it now. I procrastinate a lot, yes.The Pandan Chicken was recommended by the service staff and I enjoyed it very much despite the burnt sides. The chicken wrapped in the pandan leaves was very fragrant, thoroughly marinated and tender.
