So there's this particular stall at Nanyang Polytechnic's Koufu selling pretty decent Thailand and Vietnamese cuisine. Decided to try the really affordable Green Curry ($3.50). I was initially kind of disappointed at the consistency as it was more of a soupy consistency than a thicker finish. Decided to try the really affordable Green Curry ($3.50). I was initially kind of disappointed at the consistency as it was more of a soupy consistency than a thicker finish. However, I was really glad of the generous amount of chicken and eggplant that is hidden inside this bowl of green. The spicyness level is just right but overall consistency could be improved. Nevertheless, for that price paid, it was considered reasonable. I do hope they add in Yellow Curry to their menu in the future.
