Habib Rojak is one of the Halal Stalls located in Pasir Panjang Food Centre. They are easily located among the stretch of Halal eateries.Indian Rojak is always attractive to me especially when its bright attractive color flavoured fried stuffs were all stacked nicely accordingly on the shelf, somehow asking me to come closer and pick them up.Just like the Typical Chinese Rojak (Goh Hiong / Wu Xiang), one is to choose their favourite staff from the display and hand over to the shop helpers to war
Since it was lunch time during my time of visit, the guy who was manning the stall was as busy as a bee. There were customers non stop and he had to fried the selected food items plate after plate thus his expression on face was not looking too good.
Sauce given was warm and not too spicy. The fried stuff were crunchy and was rather fresh to me. One thing about its cuttlefish was its texture, it tasted quite soft and more like pig's skin than the sea creature.
Overall, I would say that the taste was average and price falls within market's standard. http://www.umakemehungry.com/2014/03/habib-rojak.html
