I love cooking by myself at Pepper Lunch more than at steamboat restaurants. At Pepper Lunch, I have my own hotplate of food in front of me for me to toss around and drizzle any amount of sauce. For this visit, I ordered one of the most expensive dishes, the Rib Eye Steak. Oh boy! The steak is very soft and chewy and because it is cooked under high heat, it forces out the juice in the meat. Love it with my favourite corn!

As always, an ice-cream to end off the satisfying meal. Just pick green tea, same as me!
