We have passed by this tiny salad place quite a few times, and finally decided to give it a try. Not knowing how to order the 'make your own salad', we decided to order their signature gourmet salad, where all the ingredients are matched for you, and written clearly on the menu board. We had the Omega 3 Baby! ($11.50). The salad consists of Rocket, Mixed Greens, Smoked Salmon, Tomato, Fresh Beetroot, Red Onion, Sunflower Seeds, and dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette. Defense Multiplier ($10.50) is the special salad for that period of time. It contains mixed green, quinoa, corn, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, egg, sunflower seeds and ginger. I like the nutty texture of this salad, with the cous cous, it actually quite filling.
To make it a combo, you only need to pay an extra $3.30 (usual price $4) for the vegetable soup. I had the Cream of Roasted Pumpkin. Very rich in pumpkin taste, and smooth texture too! Yummy!
