today i wanted dessert.but a healthy one.let's do an ang moh carrot cake.a moist cake with carrot shreds and a chock full of walnuts.of course i'd rather have more.but then let's not be too greedy.and just that bit of indulgence with a thin layer of cream cheese.there's something about carrot and sweet cream cheese that makes it complete.a spot of tea was a perfect accompaniment to this.of course i chose my latte though.
