Surprisingly flavourful for a clear broth, beef slices were tender and smooth - it literally melts in your mouth. The pho was translucent and springy, the way I like my pho to be eaten.

Cost: less than $10 for the set lunch.

Be prepared to wait in the queue because it's relatively a small venue especially during the lunch peak hours.
