I had been eating a lot of dessert lately, drove over to liang seah street with my girlfriend for some nice waffles. We had waffles with durian puree and ice cream and topped off with chocolate sauce. It was heavenly. The waffles were warm when served to us. It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We had waffles with durian puree and ice cream and topped off with chocolate sauce. It was heavenly. The waffles were warm when served to us. It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Every time you cut into it, it had this crunch sound. The durian puree was really good, my girlfriend was extremely delighted by how it tasted. It was really solid, the puree was really thick and very rich in flavour. The durian was so creamy and sweet. The ice cream went very well with both the waffles and puree. It melted on top and created this even creamier taste. The chocolate sauce added another flavour to the dessert, it come how gave it another layer.
