Having family yum cha session on a Friday morning, we came to Ho Kee Pau at Geylang area. Expanded from a small food stall, it was a very famous traditional Chinese style coffee shop locally. Although there was no air-conditioned, yet atmosphere was comfortable with a humble decor. The portion of each plate was small and cute, it was how a scrumptious feast start. Signature Siew Mai was must try item, it was filling and bouncy. Prawn dumplings were solid and filling, I ate total up three pieces. Always squeeze a generous amount of chilli sauce, it enhanced the overall taste. A good place to gather and cheer up, their price was reasonable guaranteed.
