The FoodI ordered the goose meat as well as goose liver rice. The goose meat was tender and the braised sauce was not too salty and delicious which make it very appetizing. The goose liver tasted very creamy and wholesome and the texture is just nice, not too hard nor dry. The braised sauce also goes very well with the white and fluffy rice and the chilli very nice and not too spicy. To be honest, there is not much significant difference between the goose meat and duck meat if you don't pay enou
