Dian Xiao Er, as many know it, is famous for its herbal duck. The gravy is neither too sweet nor salty, just right, and goes very well with a bowl of plain rice. The smallest portion for the herbal duck is sufficient for 2, but a big eater would be able to finish it easily. The duck meat was not too tough, and well marinated. The smallest portion for the herbal duck is sufficient for 2, but a big eater would be able to finish it easily. The duck meat was not too tough, and well marinated. Didn't quite like the layer of fats beneath the skin though, but the skin was crispy. Service on a Sunday at the Changi Airport branch was horrible, long queue, took too long to serve drinks and food.
